Data submissions

Datasets accepted on NordicanaD

Data deposits on NordicanaD are now reserved for long-term longitudinal datasets and updates to existing longitudinal datasets.

If you wish to submit a new longitudinal dataset, please send a summary describing the data (clearly explaining its longitudinal nature) to nordicana@cen.ulaval.ca. Your request will be evaluated by the CEN data management committee.

Static datasets

Static datasets from short-term or completed projects (e.g., thesis data or data linked to a scientific article) should be deposited on Borealis in the CEN space. Researchers deposit directly on Borealis. See the short-term dataset publication guide for more information.

To increase the visibility of your dataset, we offer the option to reference it on the NordicanaD portal. Once your deposit is complete on Borealis, contact us at nordicana@cen.ulaval.ca to request this referencing.
