North of the Ekati Mine Misery Pit, between the Misery haul road and Lac du Sauvage.

Site description

The site is located at borehole NGO-RC15-171 which contains a thermistor chain. There is little vegetation and many visible frost-boils. The site is on a gentle slope. There are four sub-plots. There are five instruments at the site: NGO-RC-171;NGO-RC-171_ST01;NGO-RC-171_ST02;NGO-RC-171_ST03;NGO-RC-171_ST04 .
