East of Ekati Mine main camp and North of Paul Lake. Within 12km of main camp.
Site description
The site is located at a cored borehole (NGO-DD15-1011) that does not contain a thermistor string. The site is on wet organic terrain in small valley. There are water-filled cracks at the surrounding area which suggest ice-wedges. Many other sites are located in the valley. The site contains four sub-plots. There are four instruments at the site: NGO-DD-1011_ST01;NGO-DD-1011_ST02;NGO-DD-1011_ST03;NGO-DD-1011_ST04.
