The area is located about 10 km SE of Camp-2, on the border of the nesting goose colony.
Site description
This area is characterized by a low-altitude plateau with some small rivers fed by melting snow. There are a few lakes, ponds and wetlands scattered on the plateau. Mesic habitat is abundant on hill slopes and on the plateau.
