Site description
The Great Whale River region on the eastern shore of Hudson Bay, Canada. The principal field station is the Centre for Northern Studies, (CEN, 55°15' N, 77°45' W) at Whapmagoostui-Kuujjuarapik (Bhiry et al. 2011).
