Abstract

This dataset includes snow cover height data from a permafrost mound (i.e., lithalsa) located within the Tasiapik Valley, near the village of Umiujaq, Nunavik, Quebec, Canada. The data come from two different sample locations, one at the top and one at the side of the permafrost mound. Data were collected from 11 July 2015 – 30 November 2020 using a Reconyx PC800 camera and graduated snow poles installed at the two locations. These data support the article Fortier et al. (2023).
