Dissolved oxygen metadata in Arctic lakes

Description and sources of data resulting from the systematic literature review of oxygen profiles and time series in Arctic lakes. An asterisk (*) in the “Longitude” column indicates that the coordinates of the site are approximate. These metadata were used for the development of figure 2 in Klanten et al. 2023 (in revision). Notes have been added to explain missing data or to point out redundant data.
