Les échantillons d'eau non filtrée ont été acidifiés avec du H2SO4 (concentration finale de 0,1%). Les échantillons ont été digérés avec du persulfate alcalin et analysés sur un autoanalyseur Lachat par méthode colorimétrique au sulfanilamide après réduction à l'hydrazine.

Unfiltered water samples were acidified with H2SO4 (0.1% final concentration). Samples were digested with alkaline persulphate and analyzed on a Lachat Autoanalyzer by sulfanilamide colorimetric method after reduction with hydrazine.
