The data file was replaced to correct missing values (NA) that were erroneously introduced in the following variables: Dissolved_oxygen, pH, Chlorophyll_a, DOC, DIN, TP, TSS, Bacterial_production, Bacterial_respiration, Fmax1 to Fmax8, Total_FDOM, S285, SUVA254, NO2_NO3, SRP, NH4, and Fe. Additionally, the format of the GPS_coords variable was adjusted to allow UTF-8 encoding.
