Update data up to September 27, 2020. Add ground surface temperature and snow depth for VDTSILA; add VDTBUTS and VDTSYBU. VDTSILA: Corrected using reviewed conversion equation for Wind Speed. VDTSILA: Invalid ground temperature (50 cm) identified and removed at 50 cm depth. UMIROCA: Incident radiation invalid due to a problem with the sensor after 2001, removed. UMIROCA: Average air humidity not calibrated and problems found with the sensor, removed.
