Located on Ward Hunt Island, off the north coast of Ellesmere Island.

The northernmost lake in Canada. Lake generally shallow but with a maximum depth of 9.7 m. The lake area is 0.35 km2 and is snow-fed. The catchment area is 1.82 km2. This lake had a perennial ice cover of about 4 m until recently. It outflows to the Arctic Ocean (south shore of Ward Hunt Island).
