Total nitrogen (TN)

Unfiltered water samples were acidified with H2SO4 (0.1% final concentration). Samples were digested with alkaline persulphate and analyzed on a Lachat Autoanalyzer by sulfanilamide colorimetric method after reduction with hydrazine.
