Functional traits of mammal and bird species

This dataset consists in a spreadsheet in which different characteristics of the 183 bird and mammal species found within the study region are listed. For each species, we compiled information on name (Latin, English, French, Inuktitut), diet, body mass, behaviour, lifespan, habitat and nest characteristics. Measurement units and a short description are available for each species characteristic in the section Supplementary documentation.
