Temporal dynamic of dissolved organic matter

Temporal dynamic of dissolved organic matter and bacterial abundance during the incubation of water from 4 ponds over 12 days. Data include in this order: the spectral absorption (expressed by the absorption coefficient at 320 nm and the spectral slope at 285 nm), the bacterial abundance, the concentration in dissolved organic carbon (DOC), the SUVA index (A254/DOC), the total fluorescence (sum of the fluorescence peaks by the 5 components extracted with PARAFAC, Ftot), the peaks of individual fluorescence components (C1 to C5), and the fluorescence index BIX.
